Assists a team of Advisors in managing and building a client base. Responsible for assisting with administration of investment and trust accounts, including daily investment and banking transactions, generating reports, preparing customer statements, balancing and setting up new accounts. Maintains customer and compliance files. Interacts with customers and provides service to solve any operational problems or answer any related questions. Assists with organization of presentations and marketing materials. Assists with sales and business development activities. Provides clerical and administrative support to the office. Other duties as assigned.
Skills / Requirements
Requires a High School degree or equivalent and 1or more years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and working techniques. Working knowledge of departmental procedures, trust accounts, personal computers and customer service skills.
