Blog Post: 50+ Age Range On Team!

I write to you today from Veles, Macedonia where I am a member of a 13-person Habitat for Humanity Global Village Team. We are three days into our travels together and it has been an amazing journey thus far!

The team I'm working with is from all over North America and ranges in age from 22 to 75. For someone like myself who studies generational differences and managing multiple generations on a team this is an added bonus!

Over my time here I will try to get to this Internet cafe whenever possible to fill you in on this adventure and what I learn working with this wonderfully diverse team!
