Blog Post: JAG Students Make Great Academic Progress
posted Tuesday, February 3, 2009 4:05 PM
Before we all embarked on our career paths, we were high school students and our job back then was to learn the skills needed for life. For some of us, learning and school was easy and possibly fun, but for the rest of us it was either challenging or boring or both. The great majority of 800+ JAG students across the state are the latter, at least they were before enrolling in JAG.
Jobs for Arizona's Graduates (JAG) is an intervention and school to career transition program that partners with school districts to improve the skills, status and condition of those students who are yet to experience a lot of success in high school. Which is why we are so proud of academic improvements and decision making of this years JAGsters. So far this school year:
On behalf of the JAG Board of Directors and all our partners and supporters we congratulate the 2008-2009 JAG Students. Keep up the great work!
