 That sounds funny but that is what I think when people come into interview. Why? Because they have put absolutely no practice time into the interview process.  They have not worked on simulated interviews with friends, planned on answering uncomfortable questions etc.  If you want to get a job in this difficult market you must practice the basics of interviewing correctly.  It may be the difference between getting a job or staying unemployed.
