Blog Post: Creating The Best Environment to Work- If I were a Nurse.....

Nurses in Arizona are in very short supply.  Employers are using many strategies to attract and retain nurses.  One question I would like to ask is “If I were a Nurse, what would be the best environment for me?”

Statistics show that the main reasons employees stay at their place of work is because of their supervisor, job satisfaction and the work environment.  Other reasons employees stay at their job varies from pay to benefits to PTO.
