Blog Post: I met with a Witch yesterday!

Personally, I don't have an interest in it and really don't care if others choose to dress up. 

Professionally, I have mixed feelings about it.

We have all had that co-worker show up on Halloween in that costume that makes everyone say "I can't believe they wore that to work!"

So, as a director...am I a party-pooper if I discourage costumes?  Is it better or worse that I chose to let them dress up but put parameters on them? 

And the big question......Do costumes lessen productivity for the day??? Or does the morale boost exceed the productivity loss?
