Jason has been RSM's Business Development Director since October 2006. Prior to joining the Phoenix office, Jason led the business development activities for RSM McGladrey's Seattle office for four years. Jason started his career as a certified public accountant and worked for a regional CPA firm in Bellevue, Washington where he provided a combination of audit and tax services to middle market companies. In 1999 Jason helped raise $6 million and co-founded an Internet company focused on serving the needs of the construction industry. The company employed over 50 people and had offices in eleven states.

During his tenure at RSM McGladrey, Jason has received awards for his ability to help grow the audit, tax and consulting practices in the Seattle and Desert Southwest regions. He has also received the Firm's Integrity award.
