Sleep America also encourages you to experience individual mattresses by lying down and trying them out. In addition to assisting with the proper selection of a mattress, Sleep America guarantees customer satisfaction with its "Comfort Guarantee." This unique program allows you 60 nights to decide that you are completely satisfied with your mattress selection. All we ask is that you try your new mattress for 30 days to make sure that the mattress you selected is not right for you You can feel secure about your purchase, knowing that if you have a problem it will be taken care of hassle free.

Therefore, being able to rely on the Sleep Consultants at Sleep America to assist you with your mattress buying decision is reassuring. By guaranteeing services and products and offering the convenience of delivery every day, Sleep America is constantly striving to promote the best sleep experience possible.

Sleep America demonstrates its dedication to the community and to the environment by offering free recycling of old mattresses. Upon delivery, Sleep America will remove your old mattress at no charge and donate it to a local charity, giving you the tax-deductible receipt. By saving the mattresses from landfills, everyone benefits. Since opening in Arizona in 1997, Sleep America and its customers have recycled nearly 100,000 mattresses, keeping them out of area landfills. In addition, Sleep America has donated thousands of new mattresses to charitable organizations throughout the state. Sleep America donates to charitable organizations in Arizona such as Andre House, Sojourner Center, Girls Ranch Inc. of Arizona, Florence Crittenton Services and Ronald McDonald House. Sleep America president Debbie Gaby is also an active supporter of charities by donating her time and efforts to many fundraising events for the underprivileged and victims of domestic violence.

Sleep America is the leading Arizona mattress retailer with store locations in Phoenix and Tucson. Opening our first store in 1997, we have quickly grown to more than 40 locations statewide. President and Co-founder Debbie Gaby has developed a "sleep center" concept in which helping our customers get a better night's sleep is our primary goal. Sleep America associates receive extensive training on our products, but also on issues related to sleep. Stores are located in prime retail areas with the customer's comfort and convenience being a priority. Sleep America's commitment to our community is reflected in our participation in a wide variety of charitable activities.

With our current growth, Sleep America is seeking capable individuals to fill a variety of full-time positions - Store Manager, Sales Associate, Driver, Warehouse or Delivery Personnel.
