As a Nationally Credentialed Career Manager (CCM), and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Kevin Tucker has been partnering with individuals and organizations for the last 25 years--to make changes for a lifetime.
Kevin is known for the relationships he builds. In every position he has had a privilege to contribute to over his nearly 50 years (anything from directing the human resources function of major companies to being a pastor of a church); it’s all about coming along side someone and helping them get to the next point in their life.
Kevin works with both individuals and organizations, in providing career development, coaching, advice, and encouragement-many are in transition from one area in their life to the next. He is nationally credentialed as a career coach, specializing in many assessments, such as the DISC (focusing on one’s personality and workplace fit), and finally has a pretty mean score on Guitar Hero!
Even though most of Coach Kevin’s practice is done over the phone, it is encouraged that at least one session is done face-to-face. Kevin has locations in both Arizona and Ohio. He enjoys partnering with professionals in related areas in an effort to provide more of a “holistic” approach to one’s life and career.
From a credentialing perspective, Kevin is able to relate too many people-possibly, even you! He has a M.A. in human resources and management and a B.S. in computer science. One of the keys for many people is aligning themselves with Kevin and his network-over 1200 in the Phoenix area alone! Personally, he is involved in many groups including International Coaching Federation (ICF), Career Management Alliance (CMA), the Christian Coaches Network, along with being licensed, bonded and insured by the Industrial Commission of the State of Arizona.
