Through the highs and lows of the fluctuating real estate market, Valley Partnership leadership has been and continues to be strong.

Valley Partnership has gained great prominence at the Arizona State Legislature, the more than 20 Municipal Governments in the Valley, the County and State Government Agencies advocating for your interests. Members are regularly consulted for advice and comment on laws and regulations affecting the real estate development industry.

Valley Partnership advocates responsible development for the commercial, industrial and master planned real estate development industry on public policy issues. 

Valley Partnership members include developers and real estate professional including architects, engineers, attorneys, other professionals and government bodies that affect commercial development related issues. 

Valley Partnership has more than 500 member companies that represent the best that the real estate development industry has to offer, and the organization continues to grow.

Valley Partnership's mission addresses four important areas:

Advocacy

Advising, influencing and monitoring state, county and local governments on issues affecting the real estate development industry.

Education

Educating members regarding current regulations, new ordinances, laws and other actions that impact real estate development.

Networking

Providing the opportunity to meet, communicate and work with decision makers of prominent companies in the development and commercial real estate industry. These opportunities include special events, community projects and regular monthly Friday Morning Breakfast meetings.

Community Projects

Utilizing the skills, efforts and supplies provided by our members to renovate and enhance facilities for children and those in need. To date, Valley Partnership and its members have completed 20 community projects and donated nearly $3 million in time, materials and labor to the community.
