In 2004 HRF was created to address the gigantic inefficiencies that the mortgage industry was practicing at the expense of its clients' monthly mortgage payment.  Rates had fallen throughout the 1990's and business was just too good.  Too good to control waste, too good to offer better loan terms, and too good to slow down and consider alternative ways to make home lending a better business for everyone including the borrower. 

HomeRun Financial has invested large quantities of time and money into today's technology to create a better system for its clients, employees, and its environment.  

The idea is not unique:  Paperless companies are growing in numbers daily as well as the ability to work from home and accomplish more in their day-to-day life’s.
