ROBERT VAN ARLEN’S APPROACH: Focused Synergy

Robert Van Arlen is proposing the delivery of a 1 hour interactive speech/workshop that focuses on the significance of vision and team alignment. His delivery will include specific techniques for Human Resource Managers and other leaders in the restaurant industry to learn how to create an environment that raises the bar of excellence and service to another level.  Robert believes success is contagious and everyone has a roll in orchestrating brilliance.   He will write a theme song for the event and provide each attendee an instrument for participation.
