Welcome to the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association

The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association is an organization of lawyers whose members represent consumers.  Founded in 1963, the AzTLA is dedicated to preserving and protecting the rights of Arizonans.  The association provides advocacy, continuing legal education and public education on behalf of its members and their clients.

AzTLA is the only Bar association in the state that is willing to fight for those who are injured through no fault of their own.  Every day, we work to see that Arizona consumers do not lose their Constitutionally protected right to trial by jury.  AzTLA is the leader in fighting large corporations and insurance companies who would take away the rights of the injured.

AzTLA Mission Statement

Preserve, protect and promote a fair and effective justice system, including the right to trial by jury.
Protect the health and safety of Arizona families
Educate the public about consumer and constitutional issues.
Support the ethical efforts of lawyers to help any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others to obtain justice in the Courts of Arizona, and
Uphold and defend the Constitutions of the United States of America and of Arizona
