Arizona Chapter - MISSION

To provide a localized forum through which call center practitioners can unite to promote education, professionalism, compliance and goodwill in the teleservices industry and within member companies through a variety of events focused on enrichment, networking, and sharing of best practices.

To provide an integrated platform of education, networking and social activities that exceeds the expectations of our members, while providing innovation, creativity, proven methodologies and the ability to interact with the resources of the Arizona Chapter of the ATA.
