REFERRALS TO CHILD CARE
1. FREE Customized Referrals – Let us do the work
Our most complete service is offered if you call or visit one of our local offices in Arizona. Our friendly staff will take ten to fifteen minutes to gather information on your child care needs. Then, they will offer referrals that meet your needs. Advantages of the customized service include:
Detailed printouts for each referral are mailed to you.
•Vacancy checking — you may request that we call individual child care providers to check for vacancies for your exact needs.
•We can search specific criteria that are not available using the on-line method. For example, if you have a child with allergies or need a child care facility open on holidays, etc. we will search based on those criteria.
•We can answer questions you may have about child care in your community.
•Will send you a checklist to use when visiting child care centers and family child care homes that list indicators of a quality child care setting.
•Child Care Specialists are available to take your calls in English and Spanish
Important note: CCR&R provides referrals only. We do not recommend or endorse any type of child care or particular child care setting. Choosing an appropriate child care setting which meets a family's needs is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. CCR&R does not regulate or monitor child care.
