Profile: Coaching for Quality

Kay Fontana has over 20 years experience teaching, training and mentoring in a variety of industries including public and private education, county 9-1-1 services and emergency medical services.  She holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary/Special Education, a master's degree in Educational Administration and post-graduate work in Educational Leadership.  Specializing in Success Coaching and Training, and a Certified Coach through the Coach Training Alliance, her efforts center on assessing individual personality types and organizational culture to aid in maximizing learning potential, building stronger teams and reducing conflict.

At Coaching For Quality, Kay's mission is to provide the highest quality personal coaching, group coaching, and training seminars in order to bring about positive change.  Through dedication, honesty and confidentiality, educators, students and job seekers will benefit from her commitment to helping them build stronger relationships with others and discovering their personal keys to success.
