The vision of Ambiance Training & Consulting is to develop the talents of working professionals by strategically demonstrating how to properly manage personal behaviors transitioned into professional relationships in the workplace. Often times business relationships are inadvertently dissolved simply due to improper behaviors such as, misuse of communication, unresolved conflict issues, and poor work ethics, all stemming from the lack of proper education and development.

Teaches how to process thoughts and speak effectively through various ways of communication, such as verbal, body language, writing, etc.
“The Best Customer Service in You!”
Identifies each participant’s interaction with their customers and emphasizes the importance of first and lasting impressions. Also, suggests tips on how to provide GREAT customer service!
“What Is Conflict Resolution vs. Management?”
Defines the difference between resolving and managing conflict-then demonstrates ways to recognize cues through body language in order to manage conflict.
“Being Content with Your Today!”
Reveals the importance in each team members’ role and helps each participant identify the value in their current position to empower their process towards future goals.
“Accountability vs. Responsibility“
Defines the difference between the two-then identifies participants’ ownership in their current positions.
“Leadership vs. Management”
Defines the difference between the leadership compared to the management role and identifies leadership in the position of each participant.
