Job: Human Resources Generalist

Writes and places job advertising in various media including newspapers, and on the Internet;
Review applications and interviews applicants.Refers candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization;
Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers
interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required;
Maintains legal compliance of recruiting efforts to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA.);
Process new hires and terminations (documentation, issuance/return of equipment, etc.);
Assist employees with benefits, FMLA, disability, and LOA questions;
Advise, document and support both employee promotions and raises as well as employee sanctions and disciplinary actions;
Manage employee relations issues and provide counseling & guidance to the employees and
managers as issues arise;
Perform other duties as assigned.

Good interviewing skills needed;
