Job: Implementation Manager

Noteworthy Medical Systems has an outstanding opportunity in our Phoenix, AZ office as a member of our Professional Service department supporting our medical software and services. This is the perfect opportunity for a talented and dynamic communicator with medical software (PM/EHR) experience is looking for a new challenge in a fast growing company.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for the satisfaction of those clients assigned to them for completion of Medical Software implementation. The Implementation Manager will manage, motivate and coordinate the activities of their team in all areas of ‘New’ client implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage new client implementations
• Conduct implementation meetings
• As needed perform Business Process Analysis for new clients
• Perform Post Implementation Review with client
• Manage, coordinate and oversee all aspects of the implementation process: EDI, data conversion, interfaces, installation, training and successful usage of products

• Self-motivated, confident and well organized
• Excellent verbal, writing and people skills
• Project and process management
• Ability to multi-task
• 4+ years experience in a medical office setting
• 3+ years experience in medical procedures and terminology
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office
• Some college experience in IT, software or project management

Skills desired:
• Knowledge of EHR and Practice management software and usage
