As a Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will spend nearly 100% of the time on the phone responding to routine inquiries and questions from customers regarding banking products and financial services. Our representatives will focus primarily on providing service, support, and sales of products to credit card customers.

As an Inbound Bilingual Customer Service Representative your typical duties will include:
• Helping people and finding solutions to their problems.
• Providing a superior level of service to credit card clients and applicants.
• Solving EVERY customer’s problems.
• Offering every customer additional products and services.
• Ensuring quality and compliance standards.
• Fielding 100-120 inbound calls daily from customers with questions regarding credit card accounts.
• Providing world class customer service in fast and friendly manner.
• Documentation and data entry of key information into computer system for future reference.

We are currently interviewing candidates who meet the following qualifications:
• 1 year previous high volume call center experience.
• Fluent command of the English and Spanish languages (candidates will be tested on ability to read, write and speak Spanish/English)
• Willingness and ability to work weekends.
• Ability and willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Qualified candidates must be flexible to work schedules based on business needs.
• Enjoys sales and customer service.
• Enjoys a fast paced environment.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge end typing ability.
• Professional image and work ethic a must.
