BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT
Bilingual Receptionist/Office Assistant needed for a growing Tempe based company to answer high volume phones and perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, faxing, typing, and other duties as assigned. This position will be a temp-to-hire position. This is a small company environment that offers excellent benefits including health and dental insurance, vacation pay, and direct deposit! Starting pay is $12.00 per hour. Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Duties: Answer phones and direct callers for English & Spanish speaking clients and workers Transfer calls to voice mail Monitor front door & reception area Data entry of invoices Light accounting duties to include review of statements to track expenses Issue purchase orders Process daily mail Special projects as assigned Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English & Spanish (speak, read, write) Compose and translate documents to English & Spanish speaking workers Basic to intermediate computer knowledge Experience with Word & Excel Experience with QuickBooks Pro Demonstrated typing ability Minimum of one year clerical experience Minimum of one year front office experience Type min of 30 wpm Important Notes
