Job: Business Development Executive

We are currently looking for driven individuals who know how to build relationships and grow the business. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for growing a book of business. This individual will understand our client base, the industry and be insync with the company vision.
The Business Development Executive will make calls to the existing base, give presentations, follow up consistently, take ownership of processes and enhance them, look for new opportunities and seize the ones that are viable, and increase sales productivity. This individual must be a team player and have a highly competitve mentality. Other responsibilities include maintaining specific tracking spreadsheets, understanding budget, and understanding operational procedures.
This individual must be passionate, energetic and able to perform multiple tasks in a timely manner.

The following is a list of abilities necessary for the position:
1. Sales Experience - Must possess an extensive amount of sales experience and success with an emphasis on growing a book of business from the ground up. Must understand sales styles and be able to learn and develop according to the business plan. Must have the ability to build and grow relationships within the company and with clients.
2. Sales Training Experience - Teaching, training and coaching is a big aspect for this position. You must possess the desire to teach people and have the patience to develop your clients knowledge base.
3. Customer Service Experience - We need individuals who understand the essence of customer service and have the ability to satisfy clients in difficult situations.
4. Presentation Skills - This is a definite must. You must have the personality to present in small to medium groups. You must possess presentation styles and understand different presentation methods.
5. Multi-Tasking - The position demands a person who can do multiple tasks throughout the day and understands how to prioritize. Quality management and process flow are two main areas of emphasis when we we analyze effectiveness.
6. Computer and Written Abilities - You must have a high proficiency with these two abilities.
