Job: Loan Document Specialist (You must have Laserpro experience)

We are looking for a loan documentation specialist to work for a local financial company in the Scottsdale area. This is a great opportunity to go to the next level in your career.

Performs loan documentation preparation and ongoing loan servicing duties. Maintain integrity of the lending documentation system, as well as the maintenance of the lending file system (including ongoing servicing).

Prepare documentation for commercial real estate, commercial business asset, and consumer loans in accordance with the loan approval, bank policy and federal regulations.
Balance lending GLs daily and research and clear any rejected items.
Assist with the maintenance of our tickler system as it pertains to requirements outlined in the credit approval and loan documentation.
Track for the receipt of various documents post-closing.
Input loan on system (BancPac).
Scan loan file in AccountFolio and help maintain accuracy of information in Accountfolio.
Post payments and draws, correct billing issues.
Provide customer assistance with loan items as required.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Bank policy.
Assist with the development of procedures for duties assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

3-5 years of commercial real estate documentation experience.
Knowledgeable of lending laws and regulations
Excellent organizational and computer skills with a high attention to detail.
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Two years LaserPro® experience required.
Experience with the BancPac program preferred but not required.
Consumer lending documentation a plus
