Jobing Description

JOB GOALS:

To create a flexible elementary school program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; to establish effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge to provide a good foundation in accordance with each pupil's ability; to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members; to provide a positive ESL instruction.

Skills / Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Valid Arizona State Board Elementary Teaching Certification, as prescribed by NCLB Legislation
2. Elementary school experience preferred.
3. Bilingual/ESL Endorsement or equivalent coursework preferred
4. Provisional or Full SEI Required.

Pay: $34,636 to $46,526/year

District paid Medical, Dental, Life Insurance for employee. State Retirement, 12 days Sick time per school year. Additional $2,000 301 monies to base pay.
