GO Concessions operates all the food service in the Phoenix Zoo, In addition to daily concessions, we also provide food and drink services for catered events at the Phoenix Zoo, such as Brew at the Zoo, Zoo lights, Starry Safari, Weddings and Corporate events.

This is a guest service position, requiring confidence, resilience, strong communication skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team to ensure success.

Skills / Requirements include:
-Guest service, sales experience preferred, comprehensive training will be provided
-Strong verbal, listening skills and a high level of energy and enthusiasm
-Must be able to pass background and drug screen
-Must obtain a Food Handlers Card, prior to employment
-Must be able to work outdoors
-Must be able to work with a diverse Zoo visitor population and communicate cross-culturally
-Valid driver's license or State I.D., documentation to prove elgibility to work in the U.S.
-Must be able to stand, walk and carry up to 50 lbs. intermittently for duration of shift.
-Must be able to work weekends, and holidays, with flexible schedule AM/PM Shifts available.
-Must be 18+ to apply
