Job: MORTGAGE PROCESSOR FOR LOAN MODIFICATION DEPARTMENT

National Debt Assistance, partnered with American Platinum Financial Services, in North Scottsdale, a multi-faceted office is looking to hire an experienced Loan Processors to join our team. This is a very exciting time for us as we continue to expand and succeed with the bank guided and federal loan modification products available.

Position Scope: This individual assures total program success by evaluating files efficiently while ensuring accuracy, requesting additional document's from clients as necessary and and critically and creatively analyzing client data to maximize approval rates for submitted files.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Proven track record of success in professional sales environment.
* 2+ Years Mortgage industry experience, preferably subprime or FHA lending.
* Excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
* Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Computer Knowledge Requirements: Microsoft Excel, Word and familiarity with online application software programs.
* During peak submissions, may require more than 40 hours/week
