Job: TEAM LEAD: LOAN MODIFICATION UNDERWRITING DEPARTMENT

National Debt Assistance, partnered with American Platinum Financial Services, in North Scottsdale, a multi-faceted office is looking to hire an experienced loan modification representative (negotiator, sales or processing) to assist in training and mentoring a team of Loan Modification Processors and Negotiators.

POSITION SCOPE: This individual's achievement exceeds stated individual goals and assures total program success through motivating and training a high performance processing/underwriting client support loan modification team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Motivational training and development of processors and negotiators
* Increase unit sales and dollars by emphasizing company goals and practices.
* Assist in attaining revenue objectives and retaining current clients as necessary, with a focus
on customers' desires and needs (based on cancellations).
* Maximize the potential for submitted files (pre-approved) to funded modifications.
* Maintain performance metrics at or above company standards.

REPORTS TO: Supervisor/Manager of Loan Modification Processing Department
Requirements: 1+ year as a team lead or supervisor. Minimum 1 year experience in financial industry. Must be an exceptional teacher/mentor with a coaching style, competative and a team player. We are a Pay for Performance Company (ie: we monetarily reward those who exceed expectations).

Earning Potential: Hourly Compensation is Guaranteed (based on experience). Willing to discuss bonus structure with qualified candidates in person.
