Fast paced, GROWING company in central Phoenix seeking qualified, motivated INBOUND Customer Sales and Service Representatives!!!
Responsible for consistent, professional handling, disposition of inbound sales and service calls. Must demonstrate a passion to sell, an aptitude for building rapport, ability to engage customers, solve problems and overcome objection in a consultative manner. Best in class sales and service!
Maximize inbound sales opportunities through persuasive, relationship building techniques
Answer inbound Plumbing, Heating/AC and Electrical inquiries, along with setting appointments to have these issues addressed/repaired
Listen and connect with the needs of each customer
Overcome objections via compelling, professional and friendly rebuttals
Provide quality customer experience to establish long-term customer relations
Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales conversion objectives
Process and complete each sale to ensure 100% accuracy of the appointment
Skills / Requirements
High school diploma required (college coursework preferred)
Stable employment history
Important Notes
Requirements
Able to work within hours of 4am to 9pm, seven days a week
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills, type 30+ wpm
2+ years sales experience, call center environment preferred
Spanish speaking is a plus
Successfully pass criminal background check
