Job: Kitchen Supervisor/Cook

Dr. A.J. Chandler built the Hotel San Marcos and Golf Course in 1913. The resort was designed to be a luxurious desert retreat for the rich and famous. It catered to celebrities, business magnates, gangsters, athletes, and artists from around the world.

Now called the Crowne Plaza San Marcos Golf Resort, it was awarded National Landmark Status. The resort is on the National Register of Historic Places and continues the tradition of outstanding service to its guests.

We are seeking a talented and dependable Kitchen Supervisor/Cook.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for opening or closing kitchen
* Line cook for casual dining restaurant
* Supervise kitchen staff

Requirements:

* Experience as Line cook in casual dining restaurant required
* Previous supervisory experience required
* Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays)
* Good time management skills
