Job: Clinical Assessor

Community Bridges is one of the largest providers of substance abuse/behavioral health treatment in Arizona.

We currently have openings for Clinical Assessor in our outpatient substance abuse treatment facility in Gilbert. The Clinical Assessor is a Behavioral Health Technician (as defined by ADHS/DBHS section 3.20) or licensed Behavioral Health Professional who is responsible for conducting the initial screening, intake, and biopsychosocial assessment with any individual who is referred to Community Bridges, Inc for outpatient substance abuse services.

The Clinical Assessor screens referred individuals for treatment appropriateness, completes all necessary legal documents, conducts a core assessment, develops an initial treatment plan with each individual, provides referrals based on identified needs, orients each individual to his or her treatment modality, and coordinates initial services with the referring agency or other members of the treatment team.

Candidates must have a combination of educational and behavioral health experience that meets the minimum requirements listed in the ADHS/DBHS Provider Manual section 3.20 for credentialing and privileging as a Behavioral Health Technician or Behavioral Health Professional.
