Job: Caregiver / Providers

Looking for Non-Medical Caregivers/ Providers to provide "In home" and "Community" Care- Habilitation, Respite, Attendant Care, Housekeeping services. We serve individuals with developmental disabilities in the following areas of Arizona: Northern Arizona (Flagstaff/Prescott), Phoenix, Globe/Miami, East Valley, Maricopa, Queen Creek and Kearny area.

The responsibilities for these positions include but are not limited to:

* Adheres to and carries out objectives and goals for each individual consumer.
* Demonstrate knowledge of the behaviors, needs, signs and symptoms of common mental disorders as well as an understanding of the principles of human growth and development.
* Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care, treatment and services for the needs of our consumers.



Currently we are looking for a Male DSP who can work with a consumer with autism!!

Flexible hours depending on the time you have available to work. Evenings and Weekends are available! This is a great opportunity for student life and those that want supplemental income.

Skills/ Requirements
* Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
* A valid Arizona Driver's License
* Must be able to pass a First Class Fingerprints clearance background check
* First Aid/CPR
*Article 9
* Habilitation
**Training is required and available for the state certifications needed to assist each consumer!
