JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing professional and friendly service to our guests while maintaining our rooms/suites in a first class manner by focusing on attention to details while performing the duties of cleaning and replenishing guest rooms/suites in a timely manner.

1.Perform cleaning and replenishment of guest rooms/suites within allotted time period.
2.Lift, carry, push, pull and set down heavy objects.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
1.Dust furniture, wash walls and woodwork.
2.Wash windows, door panels and sills.
3.Empty wastebaskets.
4.Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
5.Replenish bathroom supplies.
6.Replace light bulbs.
7.Strip all soiled linen and towels from guest rooms/suites.
8.Move beds, dressers, chairs, desk and other furniture to perform cleaning.
9.Clean guest rooms including bathroom areas within Windmill Inns and Suites standards and goal times using vacuum, mop, cleaning chemicals, etc.
10.Vacuum floors.
11.Change sheets and make beds.
12.Clean interior and exterior of appliances.
13.Replenish housekeeping carts.
14.Clean bathroom fixtures.

2.Ability to follow directions and work independently with limited supervision.
3.Ability to follow directions and follow through with instructions and plans.
4.Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours.
5.Must be courteous, pleasant and helpful.
6.Knowledge of cleaning methods.
7.Posses a positive attitude and be oriented toward customer service.
8.Be detail oriented.
9.Ability to work quickly and thoroughly.
10.Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
11.Consistently meet company standards for room inspections.
12.Ability to push and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
