Job: Jr. Project Manager

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements.

Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.

Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes within various business industries.

Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications verbally or through written documentation to management, peers, staff, the client and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood.

Develops project proposal and approach including detailed plans, budgets, and schedules.

Liaise with various business groups in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved business processes.

Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes, and other post-implementation support.

During project implementations, work on weekends/late hours to ensure a successful implementation

Skilled in problem analysis and creative approaches to problem solving to provide quality deliverables. Complete system configuration/setup as assigned.

Education / Experience
•2+ years of IT, business management experience
•Experience driving major change through teams and organizations
•Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Presentation skills or public speaking skills required
•MS Project experience highly preferred
