Job: Clinical Trainer

Noteworthy Medical Systems, the developer of the most intuitive, easy to use and flexible electronic health record on the market, is seeking a Clinical Trainer. The Clinical Trainer is an integral part of the Noteworthy EHR Implementation Team. They are committed to helping our customers get the most out of Noteworthy's primary software product, Noteworthy EHRWeb. Responsibilities include supporting new and existing clients, performing product demonstrations and providing user training.

The successful candidate will possess a background in healthcare, working in an ambulatory environment. They must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to make decisions independently. They must have the ability to initiate tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities. Finally, the Clinical Trainer must have the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and sustain a high level of energy and concentration in a fast-paced, results oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Conducting software-related training sessions to our customers
* Provide guidance and training to internal staff
* Interacting with clients to establish training requirements for proposed classes and products
* Assisting in new client and new product implementation
* Responsible for maintaining knowledge on new product functionality and industry trends
* Must be willing to cross-train within related Noteworthy products
* Traveling- up to 75%

* Demonstrate ability to communicate and conduct engaging and effective training to diverse audiences. (front office, billing, nurses, mid-level providers, physicians)
* Knowledge of clinical workflow and processes
* Willingness to learn and implement a variety of teaching methodologies

* Strong computer skills and ability to learn a new software quickly a MUST

* Manage group dynamics and difficult personalities

* Highly successful experience leading classroom training and webinars

Education:
2 years Associate degree or 5 years experience in ambulatory clinical stetting
