Job Description:
Infusionsoft is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Consultant in our Gilbert, Arizona office. The Inside Sales Consultant will create and own the additional services and products plan around building out Infusionsoft's existing clients. This role will also be responsible for executing to the plan of attracting new recurring and upfront revenue as well as providing training, collateral, and programs to existing clients in an effort to help them promote and sell Infusionsoft products and services.

The 3 primary objectives/measures for this role:
1. Daily call activity
2. Number of value discussions logged
3. Pipeline Growth

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Sell software, services, and consulting to small businesses
* Conduct phone consultations and online software demos
* Outbound phone prospecting (Leads are provided)
* Detailed documentation of all prospect/customer interactions
* Provide general marketing and sales support
* Position accountable to monthly revenue goal, lead conversion ratio, and activity metrics.













Skills / Requirements
Minimum requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to learn quickly and organize & prioritize tasks to be efficient
* Must enjoy working with software and technology
* Technology and/or software sales experience a must
* Excellent communication skills
* Enthusiasm and strong work ethic
* Positive attitude required
* Fit with Infusionsoft Core Values (Entrepreneurship, Authenticity, Integrity, Passion, Compassion)

Ideal candidates will possess:
* Bachelors Degree in Business with 3+ years professional experience
* Marketing automation, CRM or web-based software sales experien
