EMPACT-SPC is an industry leading non-profit organization based in Tempe, Glendale, and Maricopa dedicated to providing culturally sensitive community resources for crisis management, counseling, and suicide prevention since 1989. This is a great opportunity for a Crisis Therapist to join our mobile crisis teams in our Tempe Office.


This behavioral health professional will provide brief therapy on a mobile crisis team. Available shifts are nights and weekends.

1. Master's Degree in counseling, pyschology, social work, or directly related field.
2. Must be eligible for AZBBHE certification.
3. Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
4 Detail oriented, & ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
5 Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality a must.
6 Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
