SUMMARY
Responsible for all administrative aspects of HR Enterprise Staffing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Responsible for Enterprise-wide drug & alcohol testing processes/procedures and reporting. Launch enterprise requisitions, internally, externally, and to external job boards. Conduct AZ Division Pre Placement Process (preparing pre-placement packets and meeting with all new associates). Collecting and tracking enterprise pre placement results (drug screen and alcohol results), background investigations, credit checks and all other documents and records needed prior to hire. Communicate to Divisional HR Departments and Hiring Manager regarding pre-placement results. Document Enterprise hire dates in ATS and closing requisitions. Administer Enterprise Drug & Alcohol Policy consistent with both Company Policy and DOT-mandates. Compose and type routine correspondence to applicants and internal customers. Prepare Driver Qualification files for all new hires in accordance with DOT Regulations. Tracks information regarding hires, terminations, applicants, drug and alcohol tests and other aspects of position in Excel and in HRIS system. Copy correspondence or other printed materials. Create, Maintain & Organize file system, and files correspondence and other routine records. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to create reports, and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Familiarity with Excel and database concepts and formulas. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Demonstrated attention to detail MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) Operation of fax and copy machines Familiarity with HRIS Systems (Ceridian, Microsoft Dynamix or other) Must be willing to work flexible hours, Holidays and some weekends Ability to work with little supervision and be self motivated Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers Must be self motivated and take initiative, work with little supervision. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE HS diploma or GED and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Important Notes
