As a Leasing Consultant, this role is about connecting with people and utilizing your demonstrated sales ability coupled with your high energy and positive attitude to show potential residents why living at a GRAY RESIDENTIAL Community is a great choice.

Position Summary

Our Leasing Consultant is the main point of contact with our future residents, whether they call, visit online or visit our community. This position’s goal is to engage with each visitor and successfully showcase our high-end community to effectively close the rental agreement transaction. Enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task are bare essentials for this role.

Skills/ Requirements

-High School Diploma or GED
-Previous experience in a high performing sales role or as a leasing consultant at an upscale community.
-Must be customer service oriented with a flair to engage with people.
-Polished and professional appearance and demeanor is a must for this upscale community
and clientele.
-Transferable experience and training in the sales approach process is a HUGE plus!
-Effective closing skills are essential
-People oriented and proven interpersonal skills
-Demonstrated phone and in-person sales are essential.
-Outgoing, energetic and high performing attributes are a given.
