Job: Structured Cabling Sales Rep - Outside Sales with Voice / Data

Sales Representative / Communications - Locally-based communications company is seeking a driven, motivated outside salesperson to develop new business. Looking for someone to go out and find opportunities, put together simple quotes, find businesses that need help and meet with the end users directly. Requires 3+ related experience in sales of communications services and equipment - both voice and data - such as VoIP, Internet, Data Networking Equipment, LAN/WAN, Data Centers, telephone systems and CAT 5 / CAT 6 cabling. Any related certifications would be a plus. Must have experience selling to medium and large commercial and institutional clients. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential - will be communicating with all levels within the firm and with customers directly. In addition, will be delivering presentations to potential customers and must be able to prepare and present the product lines effectively. Will be utilizing a CRM system, related experience is a plus, but at the very least you need to be computer literate to be able to learn how to enter and maintain client profiles and reports in the system. Advanced sales and negotiating techniques necessary for success in this position. Local candidates with local contacts will be given preference. This will be a base salary plus commission position with the potential to double your yearly earnings through successful sales.
