Job: Sales and Management Trainee

The Sales and Management Trainees will participate in an extensive (2-3 year) training program leading to a career in management and/or sales.

CED's Management Training program is a highly structured development course designed to prepare candidates for Profit Center Sales Management. Throughout the training program, candidates will be exposed to all aspects of the electrical distribution field. This challenging program requires a strong commitment from each participant and encompasses, but is not limited to:

Candidate development will be a combination of mentoring with on-the-job, classroom, and home study training.
