Family owned and operated since 1955, Courtesy Chevrolet is seeking an experienced pro.
We need someone to help our customers understand courtesy is the place to purchase their next vehicle. This is a customer service position that requires an aggressive, yet " the customer is always right" attitude. We have a database filled with thousands of customers and hundreds more adding every week. This is not a cold calling position. All of our customers have inquired about our product or purchased from us in the past. This position consists of both inbound and outbound phone calls. Skills / Requirements
Requirements:
Aggressive phone skills BDC experience for a dealership a must (if you think you can convince me otherwise, call me) Great attitude, daily, is absolutely necessary Must pass drug test as well as background check Superior communication skills Goal driven Ability to listen to and follow instructions Professional appearance Computer skills Customer service skills Important Notes
