Job: Community Sales Manager

Summary: Primary Responsibility is to build awareness and establish relationships with referral sources in the community. The position is dedicated to the census growth of the assigned facility in collaboration with and under direction of the Facility Administrator.

Responsibility:
* Conducts required number of home visits with prospective residents each week.
* Makes a required number of direct inquiry followup calls per day.
* Conducts sales tours for prospective residents.
* Schedules appts for tours and lunches
* Completes daily and weekly sales reports
* Evenings and weekends may be required
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Excellent sales and marketing skills
* Demonstrates knowledge of Health Care System
* Requires minimal supervision, self motivated and flexible
* Maintains Confidentiality
* Completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, is accurate, organized and detail-oriented in assigned tasks.
* Ability to work with a diverse and high needs population in a positive manner.
