Position Summary
Our Community Specialist is the main point of contact with our future residents, whether they call, visit online or visit in-person. Each of our leasing professionals are excited to engage with each visitor and successfully demonstrate how our community can meet their needs while effectively closing the rental agreement transaction. Enthusiasm and the ability to multi task are bare essentials for this role.

High school diploma or GED is required.

Minimum of one year high performance sales experience or property leasing experience. Previous experience in upscale apartment leasing is a huge plus!

Professional appearance and demeanor is a must

Extensive experience in the sales approach process is highly preferred.

Effective closing skills are essential on this lease-up property.

People oriented and proven interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated phone and in-person sales are essential.

Outgoing, energetic and high performing attributes are a must.
