LawLogix Sales & Operations Assistant Job Description and Responsibilities
Phoenix, AZ based sales and operations assistant to support senior personnel within fast growing software company. Will assist VP of Business Development, Executive Sales Team Leaders, and Operations Team in selling and provisioning Legal Case Management Software, Guardian I-9 Compliance Software and E-Verify SaaS (Software As A Service) systems mandated by federal and state government laws. LawLogix has a fast-paced small company culture and nearly 40 employees headquartered in Phoenix (with offices in California, Illinois, and North Carolina). The company sells software and services to law firms, corporations and non-profits across the United States. Qualifying Experience and Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, advanced computer application knowledge (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media, and charting tools), and demonstrated ability to utilize CRM and on-line meeting tools. LawLogix will train as concerns sales techniques and qualifying methods, though prior experience in any sales arena a plus. Competitive salary and full benefits. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to: INSIDE SALES/SALES SUPPORT (65%) 1. Review and rigorously qualify in-bound leads (via email, phone, and social media). 2. Document qualification efforts within CRM system and provide follow-up information to qualified prospects. 3. Schedule demonstrations for qualified prospects (for appropriate sales team members). 4. Update and refresh demonstration (system) site data. 5. Prepare product offering letters, emails, and other correspondence with customized ROI, pricing chart, and draft agreements (using templates, but customized to each prospect). 6. Reply on behalf of sales team to routine questions and follow-up inquiries. 7. Utilize www.salesforce.com (or similar CRM systems) and on-line meeting tools to track and manage prospective clients and ongoing marketing campaigns. 8. Assist sales team with other sales and marketing tasks as assigned. 9. Organize mass mailing and emailing campaign text (actual mass mailing executed by other support team) PROVISIONING/OPERATIONS (20%) 1. Assist in the collection of finalized agreements and contracts. 2. Work with new clients to ensure proper account set-up and initial invoice configuration. 3. Ensure correct distribution of new sales welcome materials. OFFICE SUPPORT/OPERATIONS (15%) 1. Ensure basic office supplies, materials, and equipment are functioning and available. 2.
