Complete Description:
The Director of Compliance is responsible for the daily operations as they are related to compliance, in providing quality patient care, services in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines, submission of accurate billing, as well as policies and procedures.& *Registered Nurse BSN or BS in health related field prefered, with at least three years of clinical experience, preferably in an intensive care or oncology setting and three years of hospital related experience
*Masters of Healthcare Administration preferred
*5 years Chargemaster and hospital billing audits
*Basic understanding and analysis of insurance applications and accounting principles
*
Knowledge and understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9, Revenue Codes and coding related to the billing process.

Proficiency in Microsoft office products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Excellent customer service skills
