Job: Outpatient Services Support Specialist - Administrative - Glendale Location

EMPACT-SPC (Suicide Prevention Center) is a non-profit industry leader in providing exceptional community resources for crisis management and suicide prevention (since 1989) in several valley locations. An awesome opportunity has just become available in our GLENDALE office. We are looking for an outstanding BI-LINGUAL (Spanish) candidate to fill our Outpatient Services Support Specialist position. This is a very busy front desk position with responsibility, in an office setting.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients by utilizing your great listening and client interaction skills while maintaining professional boundaries
* Computer literate, primarily with Microsoft products (Excel, MSWord, Office, Outlook) with accurate data entry skills. Experience on Netsmart/Claim Track is a plus.
* Attention to detail is a critical component for this position
* Ability to maintain confidentiality!!
* Possess great communication skills, both verbally and in written form
* Able to multi-task effectively and efficiently as this is a busy position
* Must be fluent in Spanish (bi-lingual), written and conversational
* It is required to have a Fingerprint Clearance Card or be eligible to receive a Fingerprint Clearance Card as a condition of employment. (Background check)
* Minimum Educational Requirements: High School Diploma with a minimum of two years of related experience in a customer service, business office, or medical environment.
* Work hours may vary slightly, but primarily be 8AM-5PM with an occasional opportunity for overtime.
* Team player, great "can do" attitude, dependable, responsible
