Job: Customer Support Representative

Under direct supervision of the Field Manager, assists subscribers with questions about MLS products and services via telephone, e-mail, and face-to face at offsite field locations. Will provide all support functions for the MLS selected keybox system as well as assisting with any overflow of the help desk center’s calls in regards to the MLS. There is a possibility of 2 openings.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• One year experience in customer service. Real estate experience preferred.
• Ability to use MS Windows and MS office on a personal computer, laser printer, telephone, fax machine, voice mail and email.
• Knowledge of Internet applications and high speed Internet access options
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a helpful, warm and caring phone demeanor.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
• Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist subscribers (via telephone, e-mail and face-to face) with questions and the resolution of problems related to the systems and services that are provided by MLS, primarily the keybox system.
• Process subscribers request for keybox system products such as keys, keyboxes and keybox data reports.
• Train subscribers on the proper use and policies of the keybox system.
• Secure and control all inventory to protect the integrity of the system and the assets of MLS.
• Prepare daily summary reports accounting for all office activity.
• Maintain inventory levels to guarantee all products are available to subscribers upon request.
• Prepare returned products for shipment back to vendor.
• Suggest areas where training could help reduce the need for support on systems and services that are provided by MLS.
• Assist with testing planned system changes.
• Provide assistance with monitoring for subscriber compliance with MLS rules and policies.
• Suggest changes that would improve the MLS system.
• Performs other duties as assigned
