Job: Retail Customer Service Representative

Do you like to go home after work excited to tell your friends and families some of the experiences you did today? Working with customers and building a great relationship as a customer walks through your door is where it all starts!

Currently we are looking for some great Seasonal Retail Greeters for many of our East Valley locations, which includes stores in Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Awatukee and Queen Creek.

If you are flexible to work 40-50 hours a week, flexible to work retail hours and have an abundance of sizzle and personalilty that is awarding... then you must apply before someone else does!

The Seasonal Retail Greeters will greet customers as they walk into the store. Greeting the customer, providing basic customer service and direct them to the appropriate personnel for more advanced customer service questions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years in retail sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be over 18
• PC Skills (knowledge of Windows environment)
• Inventory management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment, standing on feet all day
• Strong interpersonal skills, friendly outgoing personality
