Information Technology Lead Qualifiers & Appointment Setters:

Kinetik I.T. is a Microsoft Certified Partner, focused on providing leading edge custom software
programming, web site design & internet marketing and network solutions for its clients. We
have been servicing the local Arizona market place for over 17 years and enjoy working with
people in a knowledge-sharing team environment.

We need a self-motivated high-energy Sales Leads Generator/ Qualifier to perform high-volume
outbound cold calling on small, mid-size and large organizations for the purpose of gathering
qualifying information, uncovering needs and generating sales opportunities for all our services.
We are looking for candidates with a stable background of employment and a positive and
professional attitude. Training in outbound cold calling and experience with database software a
plus. A "can- do" attitude, having fun at achieving daily goals and doing whatever it takes to get
the job done are a must.

Do you have great phone skills and show prior success in getting by the gatekeeper, cold calling
on all levels within an organization and getting information? Do you have solid computer skills
and enjoy a paperless work environment?

RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Heavy B2B Prospecting by Phone (Outbound B2B Cold Calling)
- Lead Generation & Appointment Setting for all services
- Prospect & Sales Opportunity Qualification
- Handling & Overcoming Objections
- Database/Contact Management/CRM Maintenance

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS include:
- Prior experience with lead generation & qualification (min. 2-3 years)
- Prior experience with technology or information technology SERVICE sales (min. 1 – 2 years)
- Prior inside sales experience with heavy B2B outbound calling (min. 2-3 years)
- Excellent Prospecting Skills (by Phone)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Excellent Computer & Typing Skills as our sales department is highly automated
- Sandler Training a plus
- 2-year College Degree preferred
- Stable Work History A Must
