Job: Strategic Marketing Communication Planner (Temporary)

A northwest Phoenix assembly facility is looking for a Strategic Marketing Communication Planner (temporary). The essential functions of the position are:
- Familiarity with maketing and communications tactics from direct marketing to Sales support
- Ability to manage multiple projects simutaneously
- Experience with Adobe, InDesign and Photoshop (CS4)
- Brand communications and media planning; supports communication campaigns across
multiple media, coordinating advertising, direct marketing, trade shows, display materials;
develops technically based articles and conducts media outreach to industry trade magazines
- Creative development; leads development of marketing communciations to establish a clear,
consistent 'voice' as well as targeted messages; maintains corporate and product specific
branding and graphic standards; works with Graphic Designer on image creation,
photography, layouts and other visual elements.
- Direct Marketing: provides fresh ideas for direct mail campaings, email communications,
and web updates aimred at distributors and end-users; develops/maintains customer
database; evaluates lead generation mechanisms, manages ececution and delivery of
communications and tracks response.
- Recommends and executes communications for key accounts and sales representatives
- Manages and collaborates on department /company initiatives

Proficiency in word processing/spreadsheets, graphics/presentations and database software (e.g. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and programs including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop (CS4), Illustrator, InDesign). email and internet software.
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Marketing related field and three to five years related experience and/or training.
